Questions on rocker arm replacement

I had my truck looked at over the weekend to figure out what was wrong with my truck the rattling. Josh from Darkhorse Diesel did an injector scan and ran a compression test and can't conclusion that the rocker arms worn out. so he recommended I get all new rockers to put in the truck. now my question is what all parts do I need in order to do this? obviously the rocker arm assembly what you can get complete assemblies for each size and what do that but what else do I need? How long should it take for a novice person to be able to do this job.

2008 F250 6.4 - a little of this, a dash of that and soon you have made a truck the way Ford should have made it!

I believe you will also need the 4 jumper tubes that go from the fuel rail to the injectors. You can get the rocker assembly for like $150 from tousley ford.

I am not sure how much they are. I would get everything from tousley ford. They have good prices.
