Question Hose leaking and don't know what it is called

Okay I decided to change out my thermostats this weekend after I started filling the degas bottle with coolant I heard a peeing sound and found a leak from the hose/line that is just above where the horizontal egr cooler would connect. It runs just below the thermostat housing and then runs to the back of the engine bay and heads towards the passenger side. If I could figure out how to put a pic up on this iPad I would but not having any luck, any help would be appreciated I just need to know what it goes to so I can get a new one thanks in advance

That tube is a Y that connects the heater core outlet and the degas bottle to the water pump inlet of the front engine cover. It's made of plastic and is prone to getting brittle and leaking.

Honestly I couldn't tell you the exact name of it. Let me see if I can find a part number.

Okay so after about an hour on the phone with the one dealership and the idiot parts guy trying to sell me the 3/8 hose that connects to the top of the degas bottle and the other end to a T after I repeatedly told him that was not it. So he finally told me I would have to bring the old one in before he could help me. So I called the other dealership in town talked to him for 5 minutes has one in stock for 45$ SOLD

spord means special order

connection means just that.

I call it the "goofy 'y' by the thermostat housing that always breaks"

If you drop it or the old one on the floor, it sounds weird.
