P0528 and P0480 Codes and mystery plugs

My check engine light isn't on, but I ran the diagnostics the other day and these two codes popped up. The truck isn't running hot, it averages around 195ish with normal driving.

I recently had the belt replaced and thought maybe they didn't plug the fan clutch wiring harness back in, so I thought I would check that first.

Where can I find that plug?

Also, what are these three plugs for? My (non-existant) EGR cooler??

OK. I thought maybe it was left unplugged!!

So the bottom two are for the EGR, the long one I am holding is for my fan. Where does it plug it at?

Ok. I found the hole in the center of the fan shroud where it plugs in, but the other end of the plug isn't in there! I looked down around the fan to see if maybe it fell down in there, but I can't see it anywhere.

Where does it run from?

Is there any reason that anyone would do away with the plug at the top back of the fan shroud? I can't find it anywhere, I crawled under the truck, on top of the engine, I just can't find that plug anywhere?

Does anyone know where it originates from?
