need advice with truck purchase...thanks!

Looking at a 2008 6.4 with around 100k and would like to know if this one can be saved. I've been deep inside my 6.0 and never had an issue from my other 6.4. Would like to hear what y'all think about this one or should I stay away? Here are some codes.
P200E-Cat over temperature

P252F-Brake Switch B input Circuit

P115A-Forced Limited Power

P252F-Engine oil level too high—(caused by fuel leak)

*

Transfer case makes a noise in low range

Relative compression shows low on cylinders #2, 1, 4.

They found fuel in the oil and metal on the oil pan drain plug.

Sounds like it's been beat to hell. If the body/interior is in good shape it sounds like it needs a LOT of work. I'd offer like 5 grand for it.

ouch... that is a serious mechanics special... if you have the money, time, and skill for a project make an offer.

If you need this rig to make money or survive... walk away.

whats the rest look like? Purchase price?
Sounds like the engine is going to need some work, BUT, if the price is right and you have the ability to do the work maybe its something to look at?
