Fuel cooler coolant empty. Turbo noise? After hpfp replace

Hi guys I think my turbos are possibly on there way out, but background first
Just had the cab off for a hpfp replacement after it was done there was a new noise in the cab of the truck ( rattle and what I would compare to injector noise from my 7.3). I put it off as air in coolant system and the rattle from having the cab off.
I put 60miles on the truck and everything seemed ok when I went to come home from the lake this weekend I fired up the truck and there was a weird noise like a restricted line under the hood so I went investigating It turned out to be the coolant line off of the fuel cooler shaking and vibrating ( they filled the resovour with fluid after having the cab off but didn't bleed the system)
I had coolant so I primed the pump and bled the system.
On my way home pulling the 5er my boost was a little weird and it seemed like I was low on power. When I was just about home on a nice long strait stretch I booted on it and couldn't even get 35#'s of boost and there was a sound like a bearing screaming in the turbo. Is this cooler for the turbo too or did they screw something up when they put the truck back together. Anyways sorry for the long post and thanks for the replys
Matt
