P0281 & P0307 - Cylinder 7 Contribution and Misfire

2009 6.4L w/ 113k miles. Running H&S deleted on stock tune.

Started truck yesterday morning and noticed a very slight vibration. No lights or anything. Check codes with Minimaxx and got the above two. Cleared codes and drive 20 miles to work. Everything smoothed out and codes have not been back. Called tech at dealer and he was thinking maybe the injector needed replacement. Any other thoughts? Motor is stock. Never had any issues.

That's what I'm afraid of. Been a few days and no hiccups or codes again. I should probably get it for a contribution test

Would do it sooner than later, thats for sure. Injector issues can also lead to the cracked/melted piston scenario if my memory serves me...
