Engine Vibration Not Consistant

Just took a 600 mile round trip and noticed on the way back the engine would get a vibration in it at varied RPM's and speeds. Nothing consistent. It will do it when not under a load and will also do it when under throttle. Also noticed when I stepped on the fuel pedal black smoke would be followed by white smoke. Truck is running dpf on street tune with H&S minni maxx. Truck only has 60000 miles on it. No codes being thrown. Also, the truck never went into regen the entire trip. Any help would be appreciated.
