Oil spraying from dip stick

I have a 2010 with 49K miles. I drove about 200 miles on the highway at about 70mph. The next morning I noticed some oil on the fender. The oil dip stick was up 2-3 inches and oil had sprayed out. I asked the service dept. at a Ford dealer and their opion was the stick may have vibrated out and did not think it was anything to worry about. They thought perhaps the dip stik was not seated all the way when the oil was last changed but that was about 3K miles ago. I cleaned the mess up and made sure the dip stick was seated. I have only driven it about 5 miles since and not at higher speeds. I tow a 38' 5th wheeel so am a little concerned. Any thoughts?
