cam shaft and crank shaft sensor

We have an 08 f250. it ran low on fuel. It would not start even after the tank was filled. It threw codes for the crank and cam shaft sensors. Replaced the cam shaft sensor. It started and ran for about 10 seconds. we then replaced the crankshaft sensor. It didnt start. We tried another (new) sensor hoping the first was bad. It still will not start and keeps throwing the code for the crankshaft sensor. What to do next?

It has a Banks Fuel Management System if that helps.

Are you getting fuel to the filter under the hood?
Crack that filter housing open and have a friend cycle the key to ensure you have fuel getting up there.
