Oh sorry. In the title! Cracked piston maybe. See how much blow by you have. These trucks are known for blow by but excessive points to pistons. Any codes? Does it ever seem to be missing?
Yes sir I believe ya do. Not bad to do though. Have a shop evac the ac and then remove Headlights, lot of harnesses, parking break cable, batteries and battery trays, intake, degas res and a bunch of hoses and cab bolts. I'm sure there's a complete write up on here somewhere. Otherwise, master tech has a you tube video walking ya through it.
Anything can be done cab on I believe if you have the patience. There is a member on PSA white monster (shane) and he only works on these trucks with the cab on.
