Truck shaking at 65 and idling weird

Just got truck out of the shop it was wrecked into a dirtpile. Everything was supposedly fixed.

It's idling a little rough like shaking the can also. Driving under 65 it seems fine. But my gas mileage is not what it normally is according to the lie o meter. And at 60-65 it starts to shake and feels like its pulling a little.

Any ideas. Scanned with my SCT and got u0100 and b1318. Prlly cuz I flashed it to make sure the shop didn't reset it. Dunno maybe a motor mount is bad?

Does the shaking clear up or get better at any point after 65mph?
