oil leak

Picked up new 08 F250 with 50 miles on OD drove it home and found an oil stain on driveway. Called Dealer to call the hook and pick it up and bring back my 96 F350 untill it's fixed. And they did!!!! it's now Wed see what they come up with.

oil leak

I'm not exactly sure the puddle is directly in the center at or about the rear edge of the oil pan, I'm awaiting a call from the dealer with info.

oil leak

after driving the truck 50 or so miles the puddle was approx 5"x5" and about 1/8" deep.

Yikes. That's a bit bigger than what most of us have seen.

I had an oil leak but it was just a couple of drops each time I stopped. Mine turned out to be a cracked dipstick tube.

the truck was parked over night (not wanting to drive a brand new truck with oil leaking out of it) that made the 5"X5" puddle

NOT a great introduction to the new 6.4 lol my '96 7.3 never leaked a drop after 213,000 miles
