throttle sticking

i was driving and stoped at a light i tapped the throttle and the truck kept ideling up (1200 rpm) i had to tap the gas pedal two or three times before it backed off. Has any one had this problem??????

One time I stopped and was hearing a loud noise. The radio was loud so it was not very obvious. I realized the rear wheels were spinning. The pedal was held down by the floor mat.

thanks i thought it might be problem that I would have to take it to the dealer for.
