How do u fix these codes had banks intake installed with sct extreme live wire and getting u0100.

How does this happen? How can you loose comunnication with these systems , they all need to communicate in order for the truck to run properly ...No ? Forgive me I'm not trying to be sassy...Just trying to understand. This is an 08 6.4 we are talking about ...No?
