HELP! Fuel pump????

Hey all,

So need your alls advice! sometimes when i hit the gas pedal my FRP does not go up and my turbo does not go up much. today While driving on the hwy i gave it some gas and my FRP kinda stays at 10000 and slowing goes up as i increase to WOT and my boost will not go above 25ish. this does not happen all the time, normally when i give her some gas my boost is at 40ish and i have all the pwr i need, " you know what i mean" any thought?? NOte: this has happen before i installed the Tuner and DPF delete.

I think its a fuel pump issue mabie?? Injectors??? Fuel filter was changed 1000mi ago.

again normally it drives like it should, every now and again i like to get on the pedal just to feel the pwr, but every now and again when i do that, the FRP does not go up or its very slow to go up and my boost only goes to high 20"s
