Help EGR

I am going out of my mind. I have thrown codes for egr, and egr sensor. I am not a genius when it comes to wrenching on diesels, and proudly admit that, but I am trying my best. Could somebody please tell me where the egr valve, and egr sensor locations are so that I can get my truck running normal again...thanks

Give us exact codes

The EGR is not a simple repair on a 6.4. They tend to get corroded into place and most of the times the valve will not pull without breaking. If that's the case the intake elbow and valve need replaced.

It's also common for the EGRT1 sensor in the RH up-pipe to fail, this is why we need specific codes, to lead you in the right direction
