truck is sluggish code present P600D/P041A

My 08 6.4 has had a gremlin Ford and I have been chasing since this truck was a few weeks old. I just wanted to run this by everyone to see if anyone may have any ideas.

I have 2 codes that have been present constantly. You can clear them out and the MIL will stay off for 5 min. at most. The codes are P006D and P0041A. The truck after idling for any amount of time will be very sluggish taking off. If I cycle the key switch rapidly it will roll black smoke and set you back in the seat. It has done this for along time but now is getting worse and worse everyday. I used to have to cycle the switch once or twice a day ,but lately its every stop sign or red light it just will not take off with resetting what ever it is that I am resetting with the cycle. I thought that the truck being in regen alot was doing this and with the KEM programmer it still does this. So any thoughts or ideas on this would greatfully be appreaciated, before I run this truck off the hillside and just stick with the 7.3's.

Those codes are set due to aftermarket air intake systems. There is no way to fix it other than to go back to a stock air filter. The programming can see the difference in air flow and it tricks it into thinking that there is a problem when there isn't.
