6.4 cranks and fires wont start

just put a long block in an 09 with a rod knock, transfered everything over went well back together cycled key blead fuel system have tried everything i can thing of spins over well no codes is firing but just wont start ive cycled the key and cranked for hours any help would be great.

glow plugs are fine truck was running fine before just knocking i dont have a scan tool to check but fuel pressure seems good just by bleeding the system i could be way off

I know this is a pain but double check your wire harnesses, connections and check your fuses too!

that i have ive checked every last thing i can think of, like i say its so close to starting its ridiculous but just wont go ive even built the fittings to bleed the fuel system, i checked every plug unplugged and replugged in

Wiring/fuses won't cause it not to start if it's already trying to hit.

If it's firing and trying to start, it's probably still got air in the system

nope not yet, im taking it to a local shop today that has an ids hopefully they can figure it out before i have to take it to a ford dealer

So the motor you have in the truck now has a knock? The same one that isn't starting or you replaced the one with the knock with another motor and the new one isn't starting?
