Truck won't crank help!'n

So ever since it has gotten cold it had acted up. I will start by saying it is not the batteries they have plenty of voltage. When I try to start it it grunts and you can watch the fan turn a little as if it was hydro locked or something. The. Go back 10 minutes later and it starts fine. This morning -10 degrees fired right up are these known for starter problems I have 60k
