newer owner truck in shop already

I bought my 08 f250 psd about 4 months ago looking to upgrade my tow rig. I did some research and decided to go with the 6.4 over the 6.0 and the competitors. Truck was great untill about a month ago. I was heading up the road and the truck went into reduced engine power. My friend had the computer and we pulled the codes for low fuel and high oil. we checked the oil and it was a little high while parked on a hill so we cleared the code, and parked it flat and it seemed normal. truck ran great for about 2 weeks until i was heading out one night and the turbo was making a whistling noise than the truck went back to reduced engine power. I have an extended warranty so I took it to the dealer. as expected it had the high oil low fuel code again, so i was figuring the injectors or hpfp. I know this is a fairly common issue but did not know if the turbo whistle could be tied to this. they have had the truck for 2 weeks, but with the holiday have made no progress. The truck is bone stock sans a k&n filter with 61000. Sorry for the long post/rant but is this something I am going to have chronic issues with. I do plan on doing the dpf delete with probably the spartan tuner.
