Leaking Fuel

Well guys learned yesterday morning that the truck is losing fuel. I noticed my mileage hasnt been what it used to be the past two tanks so i looked under the hood and no sign of a leak on the hood or bottom of the motor. Checked the oil still nice and thick so no apparent fuel present in the oil. Checked the filter on the rail and the lines coming from the tank no signs of leak. So after I checked all this i was left scratching my head that is until I noticed my rear axle, spare tire, and rear shocks covered in a oil based substance. No signs of oil leak up front or from transmisson/transfer case. So my idea is its coming from on top of the tank. Question to yall is whats up there that could leak? Any help or advice is greatly appriciated.

Thanks,
