Broken exhaust bolts 6.4

Has anybody had any sucess taking these out without removing the cab off the frame? Ford does not sound like they are willing to to parcipitate. I am not real impressed with my 6.4.

These are the M8 x 1.25 manifold bolts, by what I've read this is happening to some higher mileage 2008 F450 & FR550 models. I am trying to find out if these can be replaced without having to remove the cab. I have a 2008 F450 with 142,777 miles on it. I am hoping somebody has had this problem also.

I posted pretty much the exact same question a month or two back and didn't get many replies. Me and two Ford techs were thinking maybe you could do it with an easy out or something like that.
