08 F250 Puking Coolant
Ok seems this is a common issue, but potentially someone can point me in the right direction.
08 F250 6.4 160K miles. original radiator blew at about 140k miles. New installed and no issues Water pump has been changed as well as tstat Pukes coolant out of degas bottle (new cap installed to no avail) venturi T issue installed Spartan 75 150 and 250 I think (keep in 250 tune for mileage improvements) EGR block plate No white smoke or liquid coming from exhaust Coolant temp when fluid is in and to near recommended level 194 avg when engine oil temp is 230 avg after running a while say less than 3 or so hours. Highest Temp I have seen is 218 coolant temp 260 engine temp but only in short bursts and long time (4+) hours of driving. At this point the average is 205 ect and 240 eot. SO... that being said, what do you guys think my issue is. Ive been told EGR and also Head Gaskets but woulnt I see white smoke or something. Im no mechanic although I did change the water pump and tstats when I first realized that it could be an issue. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks |

Oil temp seems high. This wont help much but mine never leaves 190 to 200 oil and same for coolant

Yup for one it sounds like you have a plugged oil cooler. As far as the puking issue i would guess headgaskets.

Can the oil cooler be changed without a caboff situation? Also any recommendation would be appreciated in order to accomplish this task.
Finally , anyone have any issues with cruise working " when it wants to" ? |

Your cruise is the brake pressure switch on the master cyclinder. Your oil cooler is forsure clogged I'd get it fixed ASAP. And 99% HG are blown/leaking. It could be a couple other small things but more often then not puking is HG. If you have to get HG its best to do cab off and replace the oil cooler then
