Is this fair?

so my truck got 195xxx kms on it. it cracked the piston in cylinder #8 took it to ford cuz i got warranty to 300xxx got it back today and they said that ford wouldn't put a new one but they paid for a rebuilt motor. wtf i pay for the warranty so if this **** happens i would get a new motor and they said i have zero warranty now. Can they do this or am i getting gypped?

They are taking advantage of you. I would not buy that story for a minute.

so what should i do this is the first vehicle i had with warranty. should i go back and demend for a new motor or what?

No i just would demand some sort of warranty of the rebuilt motor. My trans went out 3 times in my 6.0 so ford finally put a factory rebuilt trans in their with a additional warranty on top of what i already had.

contact someone past the dealer like ford customer support and explain to them what happen if they still want to give you the run around
