Please verify anti theft

Can somebody go check their truck for me, the manual states that the anti theft indicator should stay illuminated (not blinking) when the key is put in the (on) position, basically same position when waiting for glow plugs, and tell me if the indicator stays illuminated. Mine blinks rapidly after my batteries died, and I can't start my truck, the glow plug indicator never lights and the tuner is locked.

When I turn my truck off the lock blinks on and off and when I hit the key fob to lock the doors the light goes out...In my view the lock should blink when the doors are locked so anyone looking in can see a flashing red light..?? who knows.

When the key is turned to the on position, the red lock light comes on and goes out about the same time as the glow plug light.

Thanks a lot buddy, ya mine blinks on and off really fast with no glow plug light, sounds like when my batteries died, my key is no longer programmed.
