Replacing high pressure turbo oil return... anybody tackled this before?

Notices some oil coming down my in line trans filter. Checked and can see it coming from the top of the motor down. First I thought it was just the right side valve cover gasket so I ordered one and got ready to replace it when I found oil coming down both sides of the motor. I looked up top and can see the high pressure turbo oil return tube is wet

I've been a dealer mechanic for 8 yrs but have only had cummins 6.7 training. Talked to the ford diesel tech next door and he said it CAN be done without pulling the cab or turbos but the look on his face makes me think its not an easy thing to pull off. Anyone done this before? Replaced the tube without pulling the turbo?
