Surging and not starting

Ok Guys I reall need some help with this truck. Here is some back ground.. I bought this truck used 2008 f450, 89000 miles. it had a DPF delete and EGR delete on it, it was tuned but no tuner with it so ?? ran great for about a week then would'nt start PATS light flashing . Went to ford they fixed it but in the process of reloading the PATS the lost the tune. I bought a H&S Mini Max they had a diesel performance shop load it and truck was up and running great again. a coouple of weeks later it started to cut out, and surg a couple of times. then one morning no start.. tried to disconnect the batt's still no start. back to the dealer, they said tuner was bad, no codes nothing wrong with the truck so they put on a H&S XRT Pro, started and has ran great for about 2 -3 weeks. Now its cutting out again and surging. No Codes or nothing.... any ideas would be great at this point.

First I would check & change fuel filters. After that I would check and make sure the xrt is updated to the current firmware version because there was some surging issues with a previous update. Not to sure if this update would affect the stalling but it's worth a shot.
