Exclamation rough idle and slow rev..

Alright guys, be patient.. I am a total noob. I have an '04 6.0 and it has 108,xxx miles. when I start it, it idles very rough.. when I try to rev it in park, the rpms rise very slowly!! Im not sure what to do. I checked the FICM and it read 46.5 volts and I heard it was supposed it be at 48.0 no matter what! Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

Yeah post this in the 6.0 section but to me it sounds like your FICM is going. Can't say for the slow revving though.
