Fuc*#% RODENTS...

My truck cranks but won't turn over, found a nest of firewall insulation on the top of the motor and the truck threw a fuel pump and p0900 code (fuel pressure regulator control circuit) codes. I've found two spots where it chewed through wire and fixed them, but still throwing p0900 and won't turn over.

Can you give me some guidance on where this fuel pressure regulator control circuit wiring is or where the fuse is that controls this? The fuel pump fuse and diode are in good condition. But the p0900 is killing me. All help is appreciated.

from what i heard, in 08 ford switched its coating on its wires to something that is somewhat corn based, so rodents like to eat at the wires...not sure if thats true,,,

I'm pretty sure it was a squirrel but I managed to get the truck running, runs great but he chewed the air brake line, a/c doesn't turn on, parking brake light stays on, and engine bay light is chewed.

Insurance will cover it, so I'm taking it to the dealer, the warranty is up so I'm going to leave the tuner on, Dpf off.
