if it using oil and smokes blue it sounds like an oil seal in the turbo. Is there oil in your downpipe?

havnt looked in the down pipe but did take the hose off the bottom side of the intercooler and if you run your finger up in the hose there is a oil film on the inside of the pipe but no oil actually ran out truck runs strong and idles smooth

That is normal because of the CCV. To me it sounds like a turbo oil seal. See if any oil makes its way to where the exhaust exits. Or disconnect your downpipe and see if there is oil there.
