Head gasket and studs

I want to know if it is possible to change the head gaskets and install studs without removing the cab. The reason i want to know is because i want to do the job myself and save on the labor cost but I don't have a way to lift the cab. I know that it would be very very tight under there but I am hearing that it can be done. Thanks a lot for any input!

I've heard you can do it but probably don't want to unless you have a lot of time on your hands
