Help With NOISE

08 6.4 man. 141,000 miles dpf delete.
This noise happens only in this sequence. After you have went down a hill of 1/2 mile or more with your foot off the accelerator and then you put the engine back under boost you get a fairly loud squealing/ticking noise for 2-5 seconds and then goes away until this is repeated. The engine performs normal through this noise. Has been doing this for some time but seems to be getting worse. ANY THOUGHTS WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED....

BUMP....
Now you can hear it a little bit at an idle and when you accelerate it gets louder and then goes away. Seems to be coming from under the fuel coolant reservoir. ANY THOUGHTS

Possibly the tensioner pulley or maybe a turbo plumbing leak?

If its a plumbing leak any ideas on how to find it.

I would check all the joints and clamps first and go from there
