I had a very minor oil leak and brought my truck into the dealer,service guy said it was rear main oil seal.I asked him if the cab had to be pulled and he said they had to pull the trans to get to it.I was busy and went out of town so i didn`t have time to check my trusted information source THE ORG!!!!!.So when i get back into town and pick up my truck i got home and looked over the invoice and i see a notation of the cab being pulled

In a way i`m kinda pissed because i would have scoured these links to find out what if anything i should have done while it was off (egr removal for sure).These guys are pretty good to me and are mod friendly i can leave all my gear on and they don`t give me crap about it so i don`t wanna raise hell about it.My questions are as follows: 1) is a seal leak common at 33000 on these motors he said they put the updated seal in. 2) What would / should have been done to the engine while the cab was off I`m not looking for more speed just a long healthy motor life .Mods in sig.Thanks in advance guys
