Stuck thermostat? or BHG?

drove to a rig yesterday with an empty trailer. no issues there or ever before with temp.

let truck idle for a few min and the temp gauge pegged at H. I shut the truck off and added about 5 gallons of water.

Its overflowing from the cap, oil is clean and no smoke from pipe.
EGR shut off but not deleted.

If im moving at 30+ its was ok. but as soon as i pulled into 2nd rig it did it again.

Topped it off and drove 200+ miles home and everything worked perfect and when i stopped to unload I let it idle and temp never went over half way.

Dogged the crap out of it today and let it idle in the heat for a while and still stays cool

Stuck thermostat or blown head gasket? or what else?

The degas drops to about a gallon low then stays there, also lose ac at idle/then temp creeps up.

it was a bad oil cooler. i replaced it and never had another problem
