Truck dies out... Hard to crank, motor knock

Driving home from dealer after getting radiator changed, the truck dies out and would barely turn over when it did start sounds like the truck has a ridiculous size cam in it... Loud bellow coming from intake with some rattles in the motor... Checked the degas bottle... And no coolant in it. Checked my gaige after the truck died and it was in the red. The damn dealer only put a gallon of oolant in the radiator. Any clue as to what is broke??

And also i forgot to mention the truck wont stay running if you try to drive it it dies out... With absolutely no power

Well their insurance company is coming look at it tuesday... I think the motor is done
