08 F350 6.4 problems

I have a 08 6.4 F350 and the other day I was driving it and went out to pass someone and it wouldnt go into passing gear properly and would puff whit smoke out the tail pipes. It did it twice and then has not happened since....I have a DPF delete and a edge tuner on it...HELP!!!!

Has your coolant level gone down? Sounds like it could be egr related.

very intermittent problem? there is an updated charge air cooler for this problem.

can u just unplug the EGR....my 04 6.0L that all I did and the thing has not had a problem since?And what do you mean a updated charge air cooler for this problem. ??

No you can't unplug the egr with the edge tuner. I ran the same tuner for a long time with no issues. The white smoke out the exhaust seems to be most common for an egr issue.

ok thanks...anymore options that I could do or should I do the EGR delete?
