exhaust manifold stud/flange broken

Had exhaust leak at flange, turned out that the weld was cracked.

Got a new gasket, started install and broke a stud.

How do i get the stud out and whats the best way to weld the flange back to the pipe?

If i cant get it fixed, its got to get towed to the shop monday, my truck is my job.
