6.4 wont run

I have a 08 f450 w/ 6.4 - 66000 miles, towed to dealer cause truck was surging and wont not run. scanner said inj # 7. they replaced it and had truck back for 2 days and approx 60 miles. died again on highway, this time quit like it ran out of fuel. towed to dealer again, now they say fuel contamination and needs new fuel pump in frame. not covered under warranty. I looked at housing and had metal flakes and very fine gritty matter in housing. at this point now they want to change everything high presure pump, fuel tank, 8 injectors, fuel rails, etc.. ( at my expense). so i towed it to my garage and pulled down tank (clean as new, spotless, pickup screen spotless) now called dealer to contest them on contaminated fuel (they still say metal flakes in fuel blah blah, not covered) I found some info online and youtube, etc claiming others seeing high pressure pump failure and causing these metal flakes. Help, does anyone know of these problems? Im preparing for a fight with dealer and FORD. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Greg
