MBRP Intercooler Pipe Passenger Side
I changed out the OE restrictive inter-cooler passenger side pipe with a MBRP pipe and I upgraded the couplers as well. The bad news is that they will not stay on. . . every time I accelerate it blows the pipe/couplers off, both pipes.
It doesn't seem like the coupler is long enough? Any tips? Thanks! Last edited by laynlow; 04-24-2012 at 02:07 AM. |

Get rubbing alcohol and clean off the insides of the boots and then get hairspray and spray the boot ends and quickly install the tube before it drys.... I did it to my truck and my other turbo car and have not blown off any boots yet!!!!
Might want to get the better (spring and nut style) High Pressure clamps would help too.. |
