Need HELP with regen(cleaning exhaust filter)

Driving 2010 F250 with EDGE CTS programer . Just replacing entire exhaust and problem begins. I put 4'' strait pipe no muffler no nothing. Got left with 3 temp sensors and one presure sensor. I live them under my truck hook up. Check engine show up. O EDGE i find out codes and it was for this sensors so i cancel check engine and all good, but my regen (cleaning exhaust filter) is on nonstop. Witch reduce my power and burn extra diesel. Entire exhaust get realy hot. What do i do? Put this sensors in that pipe? there is no filters at all.Maybe ther is some way to turn that regen off. Please help

you need a programmer with the ability to turn off the dpf system, idk if you an do that with edge im not really familiar with edge but maybe look around in the options or something
