egr cooler maybe. just a possibility

The tuner i have turns off the egr... But if it was bad wouldnt it have failed the pressure tests??

the tuner only disables the egr valve. exhaust gas still flows through the egr coolers.
depends on how bad the leak is and how long the test was run. any white smoke out the exhaust? |

No white smoke and no leaks just puking under high amounts of boost im so lost man

If it passed the pressure tests the head gaskets should be good right?? Can it still pass the test with a bad egr cooler?

no, its you Head Gaskets. I had the exact same issue. Only puked on high HP tunes running balls to the wall. Took it in they said nothing was wrong. It kept doing it. I finally took it to Rudy's and he did gaskets among other things and no problems since.

Damn i was hoping i could just do the egr delete and make it stop but it looks like ima have to sink some money into this thing

Can i just creep around at low boost for a while until i can save the money? Or will it hurt it

no Rudy told me he drove his for a year before studding it. I would just run it on a lower HP setting and dont do any boosted launches or anything. What tunes are you running?
