the tuner only disables the egr valve. exhaust gas still flows through the egr coolers.
depends on how bad the leak is and how long the test was run.
any white smoke out the exhaust?

If it passed the pressure tests the head gaskets should be good right?? Can it still pass the test with a bad egr cooler?

no, its you Head Gaskets. I had the exact same issue. Only puked on high HP tunes running balls to the wall. Took it in they said nothing was wrong. It kept doing it. I finally took it to Rudy's and he did gaskets among other things and no problems since.

no Rudy told me he drove his for a year before studding it. I would just run it on a lower HP setting and dont do any boosted launches or anything. What tunes are you running?
