Low boost, no power, coolant doesn't get hot?

2008 6.4l here with 162k mi. Been just a great truck since I bought it with 120k on it almost 2 1/2 years ago.

A while ago it was running rough with codes P1335 and P0404 (EGR codes). Around the same time it started having the disappearing coolant problem and the truck wouldn't warm up on winter days so I blocked the radiator when it was below 40* and that "fixed" it. Temporary I know. It's also done DPF regen's every 120 miles like clockwork since I've owned it.

I was really worried about the EGR coolers having a leak and blowing the engine (which I can't afford to replace) so I parked it all winter. Brought it out few weeks ago and it ran ok for about 15 minutes, then wouldn't make any power. I decided to pull the EGR coolers and just installed the Sinister EGR delete kit. And WOW the soot was thick in the intake. I cleaned out as much as I could.

Now the truck is still having the SAME problems - it won't boost over 20lbs, won't rev over ~2600rpm, and the coolant still won't get "hot" at idle, even at elevated idle for over a 1/2 hr on a 65* day. And still throwing the same codes after they are deleted.

What can I check/replace/fix? A tuner and DPF delete is on my long term list but I don't have the $ for it right now. When I bought the EGR delete they told me I definitely did not need a tuner for the EGR delete. Should I replace the thermostats? The whole EGR elbow? Please help, I need to tow my 18,000 lb 5'er next weekend and need my truck!

You are probably in limp mode. THey told you wrong. You CAN NOT do an egr delete without a tuner.
