let me tell you all a story of a man named john
new motor in his ford really made his pickup run
but then one day when he was feelin pretty good
oil came spray from under his hood!
diesel too. Texas tea. Louisiana lemonade.

seriously. I just got my truck back from havin the new motor put in last Friday. checked the oil before I left Augusta and it was at the full line on the dipstick. one week and about 1500 miles later I checked my oil and it's higher than the dipstick can read. drain about 6 quarts oil. it takes 2 quarts to bring the level up to midway on the dipstick so I guess I had about 3 quarts of fuel in the oil. I still have the DPF on the truck but it will be gone next week. would regens add that much oil over the course of 1500 miles?
