2008 dead f250

2008 f250....H&S xrt programmer. I just turn the truck back to stock and the went to update the sd card. The truck went into some kind of fault mode and locked out. you can turn the key on and the locks will cycle. The lock lights in the cluster and truck will not start or even try to start. Like it is dead keyed. I tried to reload the xrt but it goes up until it say turn key to run. I turn the key to run and the xrt stays on that screen like it's not recognizing that the key is in the run position. Dont know what to do!!! I disconnected both terminals on both batteries for 30 min 2 different times trying to reset the computer but no luck. PLEASE HELP!!! mY NO IS 405-831-1708 IF CALLING WOULD HELP BETTER. Thanks Mike

try disconnecting the batteries with the headlights on. that might help to totally discharge the electrical system.

more speculation. try a different key. you could be experiencing problems with a factory security system.
