How to tell if you have updated radiator hoses?

How do you tell if you have the updated radiator hose? I have heard that it is white or something to that nature on the end. I did a search and didn't find anything. Thanks for any help.

The updated hose is white where it connects to the thermostat housing. The old one i believe is black.

okay thanks for the info. I had a puddle very small under the truck dead center under the radiator. I believe it is running down the hose to the lowest point. Have to replace it. Ford said 98.10 for it. Better than something else.
