Not sure what pipe this is

Hey all. I had a leak at the flex joint of the turbo up pipe and fixed it awhile back. Yesterday I noticed what sounded like an exhaust leak coming from my engine bay. I checked it out and its the flex seal on the drivers side pipe but i hear no loud whistle like when the passenger side went. My question is is this another up pipe? Im not quite sure what it is because i hear no whistle it just sounds like exhaust rushing out of the pipe. anyone know what this could be? Thanks
