Truck Feels sluggish

My truck has 93k on it and its starting to feel sluggish like its struggling to maintain speed?

Any ideas?

I'm still getting 14.5 mpg

Could this be a turbo or EGR issue?

Could be the egr valve mine did the same thing got the valve replaced now its right back to what it was

What mileage did your EGR die on you? I also notice that I have a rough idle at start up?

Did you do the coolers or did you delete?

I'm not tunned, just trying to keep everything working.

At about 140,000km so right around the same milage as yours

I just replaced the egr valve I still have the stock coolers they have never been touched
