08 Surging

08 F250, S&B intake, 4" exhaust no DPF, Mini Maxx tuner...

Around 1700-1900 RPM, there is surging, if you give it more throttle or less throttle it stops, I was told to check the EBP sensor tube for blockage and it was clean then I checked and cleaned the MAF sensor with no change, anybody have any ideas?

I really shouldn't have the Autoguide iPhone app, but I do

Mine is doing the exact same thing. Just on take-off. I cannot make it happen while parked and trying to manipulate the accelerator. Just as you say, a little less throttle or a little more throttle and it quits. I recently had the HPFP replaced($2600) and it seems to have started after that.

Mine has done this for more than 100,000 miles without getting worse or better. So i just ignored it, but would love to know what it is.

I just got the pickup back, the gear on the HPOP was loose, they put a new one in and surging stopped
