Motor chatter at 1500 RPM

I have a 2008 F350 powerstroke 6.4 that I just bought it 3 months ago with 49000 miles on it. It now has 52000 miles on it. And i noticed after a few weeks of having it that the engine makes a chatter noise around 1500 rpm beyond that it is fine. If you keep the throttle at 1500 rpm the noise continues. I do not have any power loss or any lights coming on I just do not know if the noise is normal or not. I took it to the dealership they changed the fuel filters and said they were dirty and that it might have been noise from an injector and that everything sounded fine. But when i picked it up it still makes the same noise. I had a 7.3 before and dont remember any noises like this but it also was a louder truck. My truck looks and seems to be in great shape. Any help would be great!

Sounds like injector rattle to me

Is it something i should get fixed or can you put a fuel additive in it to correct the problem. Thanks for the reply
