Power issue

Yesterday putting the truck back together 08 superduty after having the cab off I was putting the battery's back in and it was 1:30 this morning I crossed the ground and powercable that is on the passenger side that goes through to the passenger fuse block there's a 10 or 8 gauge black and red wire that runs the interior stuff I have power to the firewall but after the firewall it's dead to the fuse block any help?
